RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN   PERSONALIZATION
The public-facing Office.com homepage is a primary entry point into the Microsoft Office ecosystem, including the authenticated product experience as well as marketing and support websites. Working with a feature crew in conjunction with partner teams, I simplified the page design, added clear calls-to-action, and helped create a personalized sign-back-in experience. The new design dramatically increased the sign in rate, reduced the bounce rate, and increased page engagement and new customer acquisitions.
